Reborn. Redeemed. Renewed
​The Lotus Foundation is a faith-based, nonprofit organization dedicated to walking alongside these young people--guiding them, supporting them, and loving them as they transition into independent adulthood. We provide housing, life skills training, educational support, financial literacy, mentorship, and most importantly, a strong foundation of faith and community. We want these young adults to not just survive, but to thrive. To be confident in who they are, and capable of facing the world.
But how did we get our name?
The lotus flower, though often associated with Eastern traditions, hold beautiful spiritual symbolism even within the Christian faith. It grows in muddy, murky waters, but somehow rises above the mess, unfolding into something pure and beautiful.
Just like the lotus, we believe every young person, no matter their past, can rise above their circumstances, bloom in faith, and be made new. Through Christ, we are reborn. Through His sacrifice, we are redeemed. And by the Holy Spirit, we are continually renewed. That is the heartbeat behind our motto: Reborn. Redeemed. Renewed.
